Handmade Monday #74

Welcome to Handmade Monday, our weekly link up where we all get chance to share what we've been up to all week; your makes, bakes and all your adventures in the world of crafts!

It's a bank holiday weekend here in the UK and for once it's warm and sunny. I hope everyone who has one is enjoying that extra day off! This is me at 8am this morning, enjoying a mug of hot water and lemon in my favourite sunny, early morning spot, as I write Handmade Monday. I am in my dressing gown but that's ok right?

Now, without further ado, here are the features from last week's Handmade Monday.

Mother's Day is on different days all round the world, we had ours back in March, but the US, Canada and a whole load of other countries celebrate their Mum's in May so there are lots of great DIY gift ideas around online at the moment. The Crafty Lumberjacks have marbled the handles of some "cheap as chips" garden tools and they look so pretty!

These unicorn shoes from Little Kimono are just the cutest! Honestly, who wouldn't want shoes that look like this? They are super simple to do too.

Congratulations to you both. there is a "YAY I was featured" button for your blog over here if you want to show off just a little (I think a little showing off is in order now and again!)

I do try my best to visit you all and also to pin your projects to our Handmade Monday Pinterest board. The trouble is that the more popular the link up gets the harder it is for me to get to you all. Please do consider joining our Pinterest Board if you've not already done so and then you can pin your projects directly. To join just follow the board and follow the instructions on the board description.

Handmade Monday is all about building a crafting community, (it's always better together) so please do take a moment to visit some of the other projects linked up this week. Share some of your favourites on your social media maybe and leave a nice comment or two.

 Let's support one another :-)

The rules for Handmade Monday are very simple:

  • Did you make it? Yes - then hooray, we'd love to see it
  • Add the link to a specific post, not your main blog url
  • You can link up to 3 posts each week but try to make sure it's not stuff you've shared here before
  • Mingle - visit some other links - comment - share

If you are not sure of anything more details can be found here
