Welcome to Handmade Monday number 76, our weekly link up where we all get chance to share what we've been up to all week; your makes, bakes and all your adventures in the world of crafts!
Did any of you enjoy the Royal Wedding this weekend? I sat and watched the whole thing drinking tea and getting on with my current crochet project. I love a bit of pomp and ceremony and there was certainly plenty of that, but it also oozed joy and love. I did think they were super brave to have just littlies as their bridesmaids and page boys! No grown up lady bridesmaids to keep it all under control, didn't they do well?
We've had beautiful Spring weather here and our little garden is actually looking quite pretty at the moment. I haven't done that much out there so this is good news. Imagine how good it could look if I put more effort in!
Now let's see the features from last week's Handmade Monday.
Susan from Suzer Space has made some fun art for the kitchen, there's nothing quite like a good pun! It's made using a Silhouette and all the files you need are provided, but if you don't have a machine like that you could easily adapt the idea I'm sure.
Claire from Pillarbox Blue have worked some map craft magic once again with a glass tray personalised with old road maps. What a lovely Father's Day gift idea.
Congratulations to you both. there is a "YAY I was featured" button for your blog over here if you want to show off just a little (I think a little showing off is in order now and again!)
I do try my best to visit you all and also to pin your projects to our Handmade Monday Pinterest board. The trouble is that the more popular the link up gets the harder it is for me to get to you all. Please do consider joining our Pinterest Board if you've not already done so and then you can pin your projects directly. To join just follow the board and follow the instructions on the board description.
Handmade Monday is all about building a crafting community, (it's always better together) so please do take a moment to visit some of the other projects linked up this week. Share some of your favourites on your social media maybe and leave a nice comment or two.
Let's support one another :-)
The rules for Handmade Monday are very simple:
Did you make it? Yes - then hooray, we'd love to see it
Add the link to a specific post, not your main blog url
You can link up to 3 posts each week but try to make sure it's not stuff you've shared here before
Mingle - visit some other links - comment - share
If you are not sure of anything more details can be found here
