Welcome to Handmade Monday #123. I like that, 1,2,3 has a nice ring to it doesn’t it? Handmade Monday is our weekly craft link that gives creative bloggers a chance to share up to 3 projects. Lots of new ideas and inspiration, hints and tips, patterns and tutorials.
Happy Easter to all who are celebrating.
We are having a family Sunday Roast followed by considerable amounts of chocolate. The weather is just beautiful here in the UK at the moment (unusual for a bank holiday weekend) so we are enjoying as much time as possible outside. I’ve got 2 loads of washing out on the line as I type (It’s still morning as I write) so !’m feeling pretty pleased with myself.
Let’s take a look at the features from last week’s Handmade Monday. Please click on the photos to go through to the original posts if you want to pin any of these ideas.
It’s probably too late to show you Easter ideas but you can always pin ready for next year right?
Maya from Little Treasures has a lovely little free crochet pattern for a pretty egg nest/pod/cosy.
It can’t be any surprise to hear that I love a good upcycle so I’m a big fan of this denim rug idea from Pillar Box Blue.
I do love a good pom pom, check out this tutorial to make a flat bottomed crocheted pom pom from Krazy Cabbage.
Congratulations to you all. there is a "YAY I was featured" button over here if you want to add one to your blog :-)
Do join our Pinterest Group board if you haven’t already done so. Then you can pin the projects that you link up here, I don’t even mind if you add the odd older project that you’ve not share here. as long as it’s a handmade project idea, tip or recipe it’s all good. I pin what I can that is shared here but when life gets busy that gets harder so if you all pin your own it’s win win :-) Instructions on how to join are on the board.
Handmade Monday is all about building a crafting community, we most definitely are better together, so please do take a moment to visit some of the other projects linked up this week. Share some of your favourites on your social media maybe and leave a nice comment or two.
Let's support one another ^_^
The rules for Handmade Monday are very simple:
Did you make it? Yes - then hooray, we'd love to see it
Add the link to a specific post, not your main blog url
You can link up to 3 posts each week but try to make sure it's not stuff you've shared here before
Mingle - visit some other links - comment - share
If you are not sure of anything more details can be found here
