Handmade Monday #95

Handmade Monday craft link up

Welcome to Handmade Monday. Don’t the weeks fly by!

Handmade Monday is our weekly link up. It’s a place for creative bloggers to share their projects, tutorials and recipes and a great opportunity to browse for some new ideas.

I’ve a confession to make, now the evenings are starting to get darker here I’ve taken to snuggling up on the sofa of an evening with some crochet and a good binge watch of something on the TV. My new favourite series are Killing Eve (OMG, it’s SO good), Vanity Fair (my favourite adaptation so far), the new Discovery of Witches thing (a bit of a guilty pleasure!) and I’ve got The Bodyguard all saved up on the planner (I’m avoiding spoilers at all costs!) plus Bake Off and Extra Slice of course.

I started a new scarf the other day with a Caron cake that I bought in the sale ages ago and my TV was so exciting I went completely wrong and increased way too fast :-(

I’ve frogged it all and caught back up with myself now but that’ll teach me to concentrate - Crochet first, TV second!

It’s a lovely, simple (when you pay attention!), free pattern from Left in Knots.

Now let’s take a look at the features from last week’s Handmade Monday. Please click on the photos to go through to the original posts if you want to pin any of these.

Claire from Pillar Box Blue is some sort of Denim Whisperer! Honestly, just when you think you’ve seen all the things that you can make from old jeans she comes up with another beautiful idea. Check out these lovely feathers - ridiculously lovely!

It’s that pumpkin-ey time of year so I HAVE to chose these cute and super simple paper pumpkins from Linda at Paper Seedlings. Cute, cute, cute!

Congratulations to you both. there is a "YAY I was featured" button for your blog over here if you want to add one to your blog :-)

Handmade Monday has a group Pinterest board. I pin as many of the projects shared here as I can each week, but I don’t always get to you all. If you’d like to join the board and pin your own projects there you are very welcome. Just follow all my boards on Pinterest then email or Pinterest message me, letting me know the email address you use for Pinterest and I’ll send you an invite.

Handmade Monday is all about building a crafting community,  we most definitely are better together, so please do take a moment to visit some of the other projects linked up this week. Share some of your favourites on your social media maybe and leave a nice comment or two.

 Let's support one another  ^_^

The rules for Handmade Monday are very simple:

  • Did you make it? Yes - then hooray, we'd love to see it

  • Add the link to a specific post, not your main blog url

  • You can link up to 3 posts each week but try to make sure it's not stuff you've shared here before

  • Mingle - visit some other links - comment - share

If you are not sure of anything more details can be found here
