Handmade Monday #108

Handmade Monday craft link up

Hi everyone and welcome to the first Handmade Monday of 2019, this is our weekly craft link up where you can share your craft project and ideas or imply browse for a little inspiration.

I don’t know about you but there’s a real ‘back to normal’ feeling round here. The house looks super tidy because all the decorations have come down. I always feel like that is the compensation for us at the end of the holiday season. Christmas and New Year are all over but at least the house looks tidy!

I did find some time for a little actual proper sewing this last week, I had some lovely soft fabric from Minerva Crafts and actually made something for me. I think if I were to have a new year’s resolution it would be to make more of my own clothes.

Anyway, enough about me, let’s take a look at the features from last time’s Handmade Monday. Please click on the photos to go through to the original posts if you want to pin any of these ideas.

Caroline from CJ Made shared all the things she’d been busy making for Christmas during December. She had so many fun projects for us that even though Christmas is long gone I couldn’t resist featuring them all.

My Bright Ideas Blog has the simplest of simple tutorials to make a cozy poncho which really caught my eye this week.

Congratulations to you both. there is a "YAY I was featured" button over here if you want to add one to your blog :-)

Handmade Monday has a group Pinterest board. I pin as many of the projects shared here as I can each week, but I don’t always get to you all. If you’d like to join the board and pin your own projects there you are very welcome. Just follow all my boards on Pinterest then email or Pinterest message me, letting me know the email address you use for Pinterest and I’ll send you an invite.

Handmade Monday is all about building a crafting community,  we most definitely are better together, so please do take a moment to visit some of the other projects linked up this week. Share some of your favourites on your social media maybe and leave a nice comment or two.

 Let's support one another  ^_^

The rules for Handmade Monday are very simple:

  • Did you make it? Yes - then hooray, we'd love to see it

  • Add the link to a specific post, not your main blog url

  • You can link up to 3 posts each week but try to make sure it's not stuff you've shared here before

  • Mingle - visit some other links - comment - share

If you are not sure of anything more details can be found here
