Handmade Monday #271

Welcome to another Handmade Monday, this is a weekly craft and creative link up where craft bloggers can share their handmade projects and tutorials in the link up below and craft enthusiasts can find lots of new ideas and inspiration.

This week I attended another craft show - lucky me! This time it was a show open to the general public rather than a trade show, called The Creative Craft Show. Ran along side and included in the cost of entry is another show called Sewing for Pleasure so lots to see and do.

I had another lovely day, I fitted in lots of workshops which are always my favourite bit of shows like this and didn’t spend TOO much money (though I did spend some of course!) I did a glass decorating workshop, which I have done before and loved, where my decorated glass will now be fired and posted back to me finished in a few weeks. I’m excited to see how it turns out. I also did an very experimental embroidery workshop, using recycled materials and random stitching. This is my work so far but I am going to add more to it before I call this finished.

I’ll be writing up a fuller post on the show and all the things I saw later in the week.

Now let’s take a look at the features from last week’s Handmade Monday, just click through on the photos to see the original posts -

  • Please remember if you want to pin any of these ideas please make sure you click through via the photo to the original project.

Wendy from My French Twist made these lovely boho Easter gift baskets from placemats of all things! I just love them!

I know St. Patricks day has passed but Non Bake Baileys Cheesecake? Don’t mind if I do!! This recipe is from Cindy’s Online Recipe Box.

Laura from Me and My Inklings is a guest over at Creatively Beth with the cutest bunnies from clothes pins - Fun fact: here in the UK we call them clothes pegs!

Congratulations to you all. There is a "YAY I was featured" button over here if you want to add one to your blog.

A like on social media, a comment or share is an easy way for us all to help to support one another so please do take a moment to visit some of the other projects linked up this week. It’s not mandatory to be able to join in here, there’s no easy way to check if you did but it costs nothing but a few minutes of your time.

The rules for Handmade Monday are very simple:

  • Did you make it? Yes - then yay! We'd love to see it

  • Add the link to a specific post, not your main blog url

  • You can link up to 3 posts each week but try to make sure it's not something that you've shared here before

  • Mingle - visit some other links - comment - share - be social

CAN I REMIND EVERYONE THAT HANDMADE MONDAY IS NOT A PLACE FOR SELLING SO NO LINKS TO ETSY OR OTHER SELLING PAGES, THEY WILL ALWAYS BE REMOVED. THANKS

If you are not sure of anything more details can be found here
