Handmade Monday #443

It’s time for Handmade Monday #443, our creative weekly link up.

If you were here last week you will have seen the ghost from a doily decoration that Ann from The Apple Street Cottage that was one of our features.

As soon as I saw Ann’s project I remembered a very frilly doily I had in my craft stash. I was a little stained and too frilly for any of the other crafts I’ve tried with old doilies so in my stash it had sat, sad and neglected.

This little ghost was fairly easy to make, I just followed Ann’s instruction, even finding a golf ball in an box of old kids toys at the back of the wardrobe that I could use to form the ghost shape. I’ve shoved a bundle of battery operated string lights inside my ghost for this photo but I will look out a battery tea light so he can go in the window to welcome trick or treaters on the 31st.

Now let’s that a look at the features from last week’s Handmade Monday.
