It’s Handmade Monday time! Handmade Monday is a creative weekly link up for all things craft and creative.
This week I finally finished a scrap buster granny square vest/tank top that I started back in April. I only know this because I’ve been sporadically sharing progress on Instagram. One of my favourite things about Instagram is being able to look back on my feed and keep track of my makes.
I’d shared this project on and off and asked for suggestions a few times. That’s another thing I love about Instagram, if you have any crafting dilemas there are always people willing to offer suggestions :-)
I’m just pleased that my cheerful, colourful, cosy vest is now finished and just as the weather is getting a lot colder. Usually I finish warm cosy knits in the summer and floaty summer outfits just as it gets chilly!
My brother messaged me to say I look like a nerf target, bless him!

Laurie and Laura from Our Grand Lives have a whole load of fun family games to play with left over candy (sweets and chocolate bars to us UK folks!) Lots of fun for little ones but for big kids too!
These pumpkin spice pecan’s from From Farmhouse to Florida would make such a lovely gift.
