Hello and a very warm welcome to the 102nd Handmade Monday here at Sum of their Stories!
Well, I don’t know about you but my November is flying by! The more I do the more things seem to appear on my to do list! I’ve got plenty of Christmassy projects on the go, the question now is if I’l have them ready in time or if they’ll have to wait until next year to be shared :-/
I haven’t got any craft or WIP photos for you but I did find this autumnal photo on my phone the other day. It’s from last year, or maybe even the year before and it’s kind of pretty so here it is!
Let’s take a look at the features from last week’s Handmade Monday. Please click on the photos to go through to the original posts if you want to pin any of these ideas.
Linda from Paper Seedings shared a really lovely stamping technique called Joseph’s coat that I’ve never heard of before. It actually sounds pretty simple and the result on this snowflake card is just beautiful.
You all know I love a good scrap busting project. I hate throwing even little bits of anything away if they can be used so this pretty scrap fabric wreath from A Rose Tinted World is right up my street!
I love poinsettias, they are so vibrant, but they can be difficult to keep healthy. Fake ones help with that! These burlap poinsettias from The Organised Dream are so pretty.
Congratulations to you all. there is a "YAY I was featured" button for your blog over here if you want to add one to your blog :-)
Handmade Monday has a group Pinterest board. I pin as many of the projects shared here as I can each week, but I don’t always get to you all. If you’d like to join the board and pin your own projects there you are very welcome. Just follow all my boards on Pinterest then email or Pinterest message me, letting me know the email address you use for Pinterest and I’ll send you an invite.
Handmade Monday is all about building a crafting community, we most definitely are better together, so please do take a moment to visit some of the other projects linked up this week. Share some of your favourites on your social media maybe and leave a nice comment or two.
Let's support one another ^_^
The rules for Handmade Monday are very simple:
Did you make it? Yes - then hooray, we'd love to see it
Add the link to a specific post, not your main blog url
You can link up to 3 posts each week but try to make sure it's not stuff you've shared here before
Mingle - visit some other links - comment - share
If you are not sure of anything more details can be found here
