Hello everyone and welcome to Handmade Monday 80. This is our weekly link up where we all get chance to share what we've been up to. Stop for a while and share your makes, bakes or other craft related news.
I've no time to write anything profound about my week of crafting, we're off for a Father's Day barbecue at my brother's house and we need to leave in 15 minutes (I'm scheduling this!) I just love how organised and on top of things I am all the time!!! ;-D
So without any ado let's see the features from last week's Handmade Monday.
The Crochetpreneur shared this super sweet little free crochet hat pattern. It comes in several sizes and is shown off perfectly by Pam's models!
Tea and a Sewing Machine have a simple tutorial to make a drawstring bag, perfect for beginners, it really couldn't be easier. It's not lined but the seams are enclosed and Anna takes you through it step by step. Of course your drawstring bag will always be lovely if you use fabric as pretty as this!
And a final special mention to the Crafty Lumberjacks and their pride celebration gummy bear drink decorations. They are unbearably cute (see what I did there!)
Do you have anything on for Pride near you? Here in Coventry we had a really vibrant festival last weekend with loads on, bands, stalls, a parade etc. A friend of mine is in a gospel choir who were singing on one of the stages so we popped along to support her.
Congratulations to you both. there is a "YAY I was featured" button for your blog over here if you want to show off just a little (Do it! You deserve it!)
I do try my best to visit you all and also to pin your projects to our Handmade Monday Pinterest board. The trouble is that the more popular the link up gets the harder it is for me to get to you all. Please do consider joining our Pinterest Board if you've not already done so and then you can pin your projects directly. To join just follow the board and follow the instructions on the board description.
Handmade Monday is all about building a crafting community, (it's always better together) so please do take a moment to visit some of the other projects linked up this week. Share some of your favourites on your social media maybe and leave a nice comment or two.
Let's support one another ^_^
The rules for Handmade Monday are very simple:
Did you make it? Yes - then hooray, we'd love to see it
Add the link to a specific post, not your main blog url
You can link up to 3 posts each week but try to make sure it's not stuff you've shared here before
Mingle - visit some other links - comment - share
If you are not sure of anything more details can be found here
