Handmade Monday #82

Hello folks and a very warm welcome to Handmade Monday 82. Handmade Monday is our weekly link up where you can share what you've been up to in the world of makes and bakes! Grab a cuppa and stop for a while, share what you've been up to (old stuff is fine too) and visit some of your crafting friends.

I went to The Creative Craft Show at the NEC in Birmingham on Friday. I'm lucky enough to go to these shows quite often, I live a 10 minute train journey from the NEC so it's VERY handy for me. I did quite a few mini workshops again this time. They are so much fun, inexpensive and a great chance to chat to a few fellow crafting people whilst we make something nice. Chatting to people is one of my favourite things to do, making things is another! I'll share properly later in the week a little more about what I saw and did but here's a sneak peak.

Now let's have the features from last week's Handmade Monday.

These crochet pineapple earring from Winding Road Crochet are just soooooo cute. You can use them as a pendant on a necklace too.

Liz from Howling at the Moon has been busy making French Knitted names, They would eb such a lovely gift for a new baby wouldn't they?

Congratulations to you both. there is a "YAY I was featured" button for your blog over here if you want to add one to your blog :-)

Did you know we have a facebook group for Handmade Mondayers? We share the odd interesting thing we find, useful tips, that sort of thing. It's not a mad busy group to be honest but we are pretty friendly! Feel free to join us if you are a blogger who links up here at Handmade Monday regularly (or even occasionally!)

Handmade Monday is all about building a crafting community, (it's always better together) so please do take a moment to visit some of the other projects linked up this week. Share some of your favourites on your social media maybe and leave a nice comment or two.

 Let's support one another  ^_^

The rules for Handmade Monday are very simple:

  • Did you make it? Yes - then hooray, we'd love to see it
  • Add the link to a specific post, not your main blog url
  • You can link up to 3 posts each week but try to make sure it's not stuff you've shared here before
  • Mingle - visit some other links - comment - share

If you are not sure of anything more details can be found here
