I don’t know about you but I love homemade festive ornaments that can be brought out year after year. I’ve never been one for changing up holiday decor and having colour themes. I think those colour themed trees are lovely of course but for me there is nothing quite like getting the deckies out of the attic and opening up the boxes. It’s like greeting old friends. Those boxes are full of memories.
Handmade ornaments also make wonderful gift tags or gift toppers. It’s like you are giving 2 presents in one, the actual gift plus an ornament the recipient can put on their own tree to treasure.
